Watch out for the Cornish Pirates

Thanks to the generous support of our sponsor, Ginsters, Cornwall’s very own rugby team – the Cornish Pirates – will be making a special appearance at the Cornwall Christmas Fair this year.  The Fair will be officially opened by Cornish Pirates players at 5.30pm on Wednesday 13 November and the players will then be at the Ginsters Shepherd’s Hut greeting guests with some warm pasties as they arrive for the Preview Evening.  In addition the Cornish Pirates and Ginsters have teamed up to contribute some very special prizes to the Cornwall Christmas Fair Golden Tombola. Two sets of x4 tickets to the Christmas game on 22nd December have been donated, each set accompanied by a Cornish Pirates Replica Shirt.  A signed match day shirt will be available as a further prize.

“Thanks to our sponsorship with Ginsters this season we are delighted to be involved with the Cornwall Christmas Fair held at the Eden Project in November for the first time. The people I have spoken to who have attended inform me it’s a must-attend event for everyone who loves Christmas and is looking for a special gift. We are honoured to be invited to open the Cornwall Christmas Fair and a selection of our players will be in attendance on the night. The Cornish Pirates look forward to giving everyone that attends a very warm welcome’’. Robin James, Cornish Pirates COO
