Meet the Macmillan Christmas Team: Caroline Tetley

Caroline Tetley edited 2

Not only have our committee members given their time, passion and skills to Macmillan Cornwall Christmas Fair, we’ve asked them to share some words about why they’ve gotten involved:

Caroline Tetley – Former Chair

I joined this vibrant team in 2000 and was chairman for eight years.  It was the energy of the committee and what it achieved that so impressed me and although some of the founder members of the committee have since moved on, we have been incredibly lucky to have been able to maintain the dynamism through our very talented new members.  Our move to Eden last year enabled us to grow further, reach out to even more of Cornwall and raise more money still for the charity.  With cancer touching the lives of all of us, be it directly or indirectly, I feel honoured to have this opportunity to try to contribute even a little to this cause.
