For two days in November the Eden Project will play twinkly host to the Cornwall Christmas Fair.
A glorious array of Christmas gifts, home accessories, fashion, ceramics, jewellery, skincare, children’s clothes and toys will be available in the Link Building, between the biomes, with a diverse and delectable range of artisan food and drink produce in the The Cornwall Bakery Food Hall. Organised by a team of volunteers and supported by a generous spread of sponsors, all funds raised go directly to support Cornwall’s struggling communities through the Cornwall Community Foundation.
Thanks to generous sponsorship from Wildanet, the iconic Eden Biomes will be turned purple for the duration of the event to mark the Fair’s support for Cornwall’s communities.
What to look forward to at the Cornwall Christmas Fair 2023
Cornish singer songwriter Tom Cary will entertain guests during the Preview & Shopping Evening on Wednesday 22 November, now headline sponsored by long-term Christmas Fair supporter, Cornish estate agent Lillicrap Chilcott. Tom will be providing the soundtrack to Time for Tresor an opportunity to sample a very exciting new Cornish sparkling wine from Healeys Vineyard.
Between 5pm and 6pm on Wednesday 22 November, visitors will be greeted with a glass of award-winning Tresor Classic Cuvée Cornish Sparkling Wine. This is produced using 100% Cornish single-estate grapes that have been lovingly grown, meticulously hand-picked and expertly crafted using the classic champagne method.
Tresor Classic Cuvée is a crisp, fruity sparkling wine brimming with a stream of fine, delicate mousse – testament to the unique Cornish microclimate and Healey’s expertise. For those who would prefer a non-alcoholic option, Rattler Zero 0% Cyder or Healeys Apple Juice will be available.
A dazzling selection of over sixty stalls promises to provide visitors with the ultimate Christmas shopping experience. All stallholders very generously contribute a percentage of takings to the Cornwall Community Foundation.
